Asche Farms

Our Bison herd currently consists of 20 bison including the cows, calves and bulls. We had a total of 4 bison calves this year to add to the herd! All of the bison we raise are grass-fed. They are out on pasture all year round and during the winters they are fed hay. Other than grass/hay the bison are given a mineral tub to help them get the essential nutrients needed to continue to grow and stay healthy. 

Processing is done at Eickman's Processing in Seward, IL. Animals can be sold in quarters, halves, and wholes, along with individual packaging available at our farm. 

Our newest product is the Bison Snack Sticks, they are a hot seller and they go fast! Get them before they are gone or order ahead! Snack sticks will be available after the new year. Message us for more information.
